We offer a full guarantee of our products.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return the products (you pay for shipping) along with the reason for return within 14 days of purchase.  We will offer your choice of a like (equal value - i.e. same product but different scent) merchandise exchange (shipping is additional) or a refund.

Returned products MUST BE packed securely or a refund / exchange will not be issued.  You may want to insure your return.  We cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

PLEASE NOTE:

Because you are purchasing a pure all natural candle we want to let you know in advance that if it becomes exposed to extreme temperatures it may arrive with the wax looking "cracked" or "sweating" with a drop or pool of scent on the top. This is NORMAL with Natural Soy Wax Candles and will go away once you light it up. If You are not satisfied, we are not either, so see our Damaged Items policy below OR Enjoy and thanks again for your order!

Damaged Items:

We take many precautions to assure your order will arrive promptly and safely. But, if the merchandise you received has been lost, damaged, or broken during shipment please call us at 1-800-582-8196 or e-mail us at damage@damirascreations.com within 3 business days of receipt of your order. We must know within 3 days of receipt in order to make the appropriate claim with the carrier. We will provide you with instructions, which usually involve filing a claim with the carrier.  The carrier usually requires seeing the package. Keep all packaging materials!

Any claims after 3 business days will have to repay for the shipping to send replacements for the broken product.

Shipping Policy:

Most orders are shipped via ground on one of the four major carriers, FedEx, USPS Priority, DHL or UPS.We will use the most reasonably priced. Orders are processed in the order received and shipped as soon as possible. We only sell fresh candles. Candles must set befor shipping. Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. Large orders and orders during peak holiday seasons may take up to 7-14 business days before they are shipped.

We charge an incredible flat rate of $4.99 for all retail orders shipped within the 48 contiguous states. Orders must be shipped to a physical address. We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes.

If you live in Puerto Rico, you will need to call us to place your order. The best way to ship to Puerto Rico is via USPS Priority Flat rate box. We will need to quote your order.

Pick Up at Sellers Location:

We will call you if a telephone number is provided, or send you and e-mail to coordinate pick up when candles are ready!

We keep very little inventory so that you receive the best-scented candles.  Our candles are always freshly made!  Candles must set before pick-up, this is about 3-5 business days. There are occasions it may take a few extra days such as orders placed during the fall & holiday season and extremely large orders.

Sales Tax:

New Mexico residents must add 6.6875% sales tax.
